Hi Hugo, if in your next video review, you want to give an idea of size of the device, try to use something that are not ubertablet users might have at home. Like an O'Reilly book for the usual geek (like me), or a Dilbert book. Or to be more general use CD cases, 4 of them.

G'day Hugo
With 3G and/or PCMCIA this form factor get's seriously interesting. The 1510 looks great for email, but how does it compare with a larger convertible (eg Lenovo x41) for reviewing and scribbling on A4 PDF/Word docs? Is it not too much vertical/horizontal scrolling when in tablet mode? Or text too small to read if shruck to a page-per-screen? - thanks

Hi Anonymous,

Nice to hear from ya! Listen, the P1610 is a uniquely functional device. I was able t use OneNote and word in both Landscape and Portrait without experiences any massive degradation in image or performance. When it comes the "viewability" you need to know that the resolution can support 1024 for the words obviously will be smaller. Hand writing at this resolution becomes a little minute and so the way in which you input data changes slightly also.

If I were looking for replacement device (secondary) I would definitely entertain the thought of the P1610; as a primary I would need to be realistic in that the screen would provide a very awkward full-time solution.

Hope this helps.

All-in-all this device would provide the BEST solution on the market - big call I know but if you had it with you, you would say the same...

Hugo,
What happened to the youtube video for the Fujitsu P1610. When I press play, it just shows "Loading" forever.

I know you said that the touch screen is much better. Is the screen better too? One of my uses for the device, is that I would like to use it in our car. Is it outdoor readable when blocked from direct sunlight?

Thanks,
Rick
